REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please note that all courses during COVID-19 are non refundable. If a course is cancelled due Government or Public Health Authorities order, a non-expiring credit will be issued that may be used at a later date.
CANCELLATION:
Candidates will not receive refund for any course applied. A $35 cancellation fee is applicable to any course cancellation requests when it approved. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to northyorkcpr@gmail.com
RESCHEDULE:
Candidates can submit a request to transfer a course no later than 48 hours before the course start time. A $25 fee is applicable to any transfer requests every time. Any transfer requests submitted less than 48 hours before the course will not be processed. A course can be transferred not more than 2 times and it has to be completed within 2 months of the original course date. Rescheduled courses are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be submitted to northyorkcpr@gmail.com
ABSENCES:
Candidates are not eligible for a refund or course transfer for reasons including the following but not limited to:
late (30+ min) arrival to the course, no show, not meeting safety requirements, not completing course work, not attending online session, etc. Candidates absent for medical reasons must provide reference letter from a doctor, transfer $25 fees applies. For candidates who contracted COVID -19 transfer is free of charge, proof is required.
